ReferMe Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the ReferMe Affiliate Program, operated by Refer Me Technologies Incorporated.

By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms.

1. About the Program

ReferMe helps businesses grow through customer recommendations and rewards.

Our affiliate program allows approved content creators, influencers, business professionals, and other partners to earn commissions by introducing new paying businesses to ReferMe.

Affiliates may promote ReferMe directly to business owners or encourage their audiences to introduce ReferMe to businesses they know and love.

2. Affiliate Commission

Approved affiliates earn 30% recurring commission for 12 months on eligible paying business subscriptions successfully attributed to their affiliate account.

ReferMe subscriptions begin at $35 per month and may increase to $500 or more per month depending on the business subscription tier.

Commissions are calculated on eligible subscription payments actually received by ReferMe, excluding applicable taxes, refunds, and chargebacks.

If a referred business changes its subscription tier during the eligible commission period, the affiliate commission adjusts to reflect the eligible subscription amount paid.

The 12 month commission period begins with the referred business's first successful paid subscription payment.

3. Eligible Referrals

To qualify for commission:

The referred business must be a genuine new paying ReferMe subscriber.

The referral must be correctly tracked or verified and attributed to the affiliate.

The business must successfully complete payment for an eligible subscription.

The subscription must remain paid and eligible for commission.

Free trials, free accounts, unpaid subscriptions, fraudulent signups, duplicate accounts, and self referrals do not qualify for commission.

Referrals generated through an affiliate's audience are eligible only where the resulting business subscription can be verified and attributed to that affiliate.

4. Recurring Commissions

Commissions are earned only on eligible subscription payments received during the applicable 12 month period.

If a referred business cancels its subscription, stops paying, or receives a refund, commissions on those unpaid or refunded amounts will not be earned.

There is no guaranteed income or minimum number of referrals.

5. Affiliate Content and Promotion

Affiliates are welcome to create promotional content in their own style, including social media posts, videos, stories, blogs, and direct business introductions.

There is no required number of posts or minimum publishing schedule unless separately agreed in writing.

Affiliates must:

Represent ReferMe honestly and accurately.

Clearly disclose their affiliate relationship and potential commission earnings when promoting ReferMe.

Follow applicable advertising, consumer protection, and privacy laws.

Avoid misleading claims, spam, fake accounts, and fraudulent referral activity.

Use ReferMe branding responsibly and avoid representing themselves as employees or authorized representatives of ReferMe.

6. Payments

Approved commissions will be paid through the payment method and schedule communicated by ReferMe.

Payments are subject to verification of eligible subscription revenue and accurate affiliate payment information.

Affiliates are responsible for any applicable taxes on their commission earnings.

ReferMe may adjust or reverse commissions arising from refunds, chargebacks, duplicate transactions, or fraudulent activity.

7. Independent Affiliate Relationship

Participation in the affiliate program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, or agency relationship with ReferMe.

Affiliates are independent participants and are responsible for their own content, promotional activities, expenses, and legal compliance.

There is no fixed payment per post, appearance fee, or guaranteed compensation unless separately agreed in writing.

8. Program Changes and Termination

ReferMe reserves the right to update the affiliate program, commission structure, or terms with appropriate notice.

Changes to commission rates will apply prospectively unless otherwise agreed.

ReferMe may suspend or terminate participation for fraud, misleading promotion, unlawful conduct, or violations of these terms.

Approved commissions already earned remain payable, subject to verification. Valid existing referrals will continue earning applicable commissions through their original eligibility period unless participation was terminated for fraud or a serious program violation.

ReferMe, operated by Refer Me Technologies Incorporated, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of affiliates participating in our program.

3. Affiliate Tracking

ReferMe uses Refersion to manage affiliate referrals and commissions. Referral links, cookies, and other tracking technologies may be used to identify eligible referrals and associated subscription payments.

4. Sharing Information

We may share information with trusted service providers, including Refersion and payment processing providers, where necessary to operate the affiliate program.

Personal information may be processed or stored outside Canada, subject to applicable privacy laws and safeguards.

5. Data Protection

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, or loss.

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for program administration, payment records, legal obligations, and legitimate business purposes.

6. Your Rights

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.
